Renaissance, the flagship annual management fest of BKSPMS and a hallmark event for this renowned B-school, unfolds across three action-packed days. The event is designed to foster engagement, learning, and celebration among students, alumni, and faculty alike.

Activities Day
The festival kicks off with Activities Day, a full day dedicated exclusively to dynamic management-related tasks and competitions for all participants. Throughout the day, attendees take part in activities such as business simulation games, team-building challenges, and case study analyses. These events are designed to encourage hands-on involvement, with participants working in teams to solve problems, share ideas, and collaborate on solutions, thereby fostering an environment of interactive and collaborative learning.
Activities Day Continues + Panache
The second day continues the energetic spirit of Activities Day. In the evening, the event transitions into Panache, a cultural fest that consistently draws crowds of over 500 students. This segment turns the spotlight on student talent through a range of performances—including music, dance, and theater—and creative showcases such as art exhibitions. Panache also features interactive stalls and group activities, all within a relaxed social atmosphere.
Activities Day + PAL Alumni Meet
On the final day, Activities Day programming resumes, challenging participants with a series of creative workshops, problem-solving challenges, and spirited team competitions that test both skill and collaboration. The evening, however, takes a sentimental turn with PAL—the much-loved Alumni Meet. This gathering is a special opportunity for past and present BKSPMS members to reconnect, share experiences, and partake in cherished traditions such as the alumni panel, memory-sharing sessions, and the symbolic group photograph, all of which strengthen the bonds that make the institution unique.
Each day at Renaissance is thoughtfully designed to balance the thrill of competitions—such as spirited academic quizzes and athletic challenges—with meaningful moments of reflection during group discussions and opportunities for connection at networking lunches. The celebrations also honor the BKSPMS legacy by recognizing alumni achievements and revisiting milestone events that have shaped the community’s rich history.
